Ashleigh Glass

Ashleigh Glass-Cooper is a Sr. HR Generalist leading community engagement and employee support for TWB (Worthington Steel) at the company headquarters here in Monroe, MI. She partners with local organizations and schools to promote experiential learning, career opportunities, and job readiness. She loves offering plant tours, job skills workshops, and employee training and development—reflecting TWB’s Golden Rule philosophy and commitment to Southeast Michigan’s economic vitality. In the community, Ashleigh is Secretary of the SEMCA Workforce Board and a member of the United Way of Monroe and Lenawee Counties Board, Monroe Rotary, and Monroe Kiwanis.
